Symbiotic intelligence · improves humans + agents
Never work alone.
Bring your team in.
Agent work stops being solitary. Pull a colleague into a live session, hand one over, or just ask someone to weigh in when you're stuck on a call you shouldn't make alone — over a channel you both trust, with every instruction attributed.
Your skill compounds
timely corrections, week over week
Your team levels up
your best people's instincts, shared
Your agents improve too
every lesson, carried forward
The gap
You can see how much AI you use. You can't see how well you drive it.
Usage dashboards prove your people are busy, not that they're effective. And your best prompter's hard-won instincts live in their head — and walk out the door when they do.
Everyone runs evals on the models. Nobody runs evals on the human driving them.
22% of leaders say AI is part of everyday work. 7% can show what it returned. — KPMG, June 2026 (2,000+ leaders, 20 countries)
What everyone measures
- Tokens burned
- Seats occupied
- Lines accepted
- Acceptance rate
= activity
What Symbion measures
- Was the goal stated?
- Was the work decomposed?
- How much rework?
- Did it improve?
= skill, and it compounds
And it doesn't just score you — every reading feeds the improvement back:
You
sharper direction, week over week
Your agents
every lesson, carried forward
Your team
your best people's know-how, shared
For teams
Turn your best people's AI skill into everyone's.
And keep it. Every session adds to a living record of how your organization actually works — process knowledge and memory that compounds instead of leaving with the person who had it.
Level up from your best people
See what your strongest drivers do differently — then give it to everyone.
Codify → propagate
Turn a lesson into rules, skills and memory that your agents read, pushed org → member.
Measure effectiveness, not usage
A real trend line from transcripts, across every tool — not a seat-and-token chart.
Capture process knowledge
How the work actually got done, captured from the work itself — not from a wiki nobody updates.
Build an organizational memory
Every session adds to it. The longer your team works this way, the more your organization knows — and keeps.
In your world
It isn't just for developers.
Agents left the engineering team a while ago. The same tools now draft the brief, work the spreadsheet and run the research — and everywhere they go, the same thing decides whether the work comes back usable: how well it was set up.
Non-developers are about 20% of Codex users, and growing more than 3× as fast as developers. — OpenAI, June 2026
How it works
Capture. Score. Coach. Codify.
It reads the work you already do — no new workflow, no tagging, nothing to remember. And it doesn't just tell you: it changes what happens next, for you and for your agents.
Capture
Every session, across every tool, passively — including the ones you've already run. Nothing changes in your workflow.
Score direction
Each task scored on goal clarity, decomposition, rework and efficiency — with cited evidence.
Coach the prompt
Your prompt → a better prompt → and why it's better.
Codify & propagate
Every lesson becomes a rule, skill or memory your agents read on the next run — so the tools get better alongside the people.
The judge cites its evidence — and abstains when the signal is thin, rather than inventing a number.
A timely correction
Watch a prompt get sharpened.
This is the whole product in one gesture: the judge reads what you wrote, marks what's missing in the margin, and shows you the version that would have worked.
Fix the login bug
The mechanism
The Loop.
Continuous improvement, for the people driving AI and the agents they drive.
Agents improving humans, humans improving agents. Every corrected weakness becomes a rule your agents read — so the more your team drives AI through Symbion, the better your whole team gets at driving AI.
Two things happen at once: it learns from your best and lifts everyone toward them, and it learns from you and lifts you — while your agents pick up every lesson too. That's the part a dashboard can never do: insight doesn't die in a chart, it re-enters the work.
The product
Where you'll use it.
Local dashboard
primaryRuns on your machine at localhost — your day, tasks, prompts, and the Loop, all local.
Cloud org dashboard
for teamsTeams, projects and people — the same coaching and the same Loop, at org scale.
Screens show Symbion's synthetic sample day, not real customer data.

Efficiency
— you, todayDo the same AI work faster — less rework, fewer wasted tokens, fewer dead ends.
- 02
You, elevated
— you, over timeSymbion learns your patterns and corrects them while they still matter — so you improve every week, not in a post-mortem.
- 03
Expertise, democratized

Your data, your control
See exactly what it holds — and stay in control of all of it.
Built to make people better — together, not to measure anyone. The judge cites its evidence, and abstains rather than invent a number it can't support.
See everything it holds
See exactly what's been recorded for any session — and precisely what would ever leave your machine.
Always a file you own
Your history lives on your machine as a database file — on every plan, free or paid. Copy it, back it up, take it anywhere. The cloud is additive; it never replaces your local copy.
Delete anything, anytime
Remove a single session, a whole project, or everything at once — for good.
Pricing
Start free on your machine. Elevate from there.
Nothing extra to buy to start, and nothing that expires. Paid plans take the judging off your own plan, carry your history across devices, and put a team on the same picture.

Questions
Straight answers.
Which tools does it support? +
Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot and Antigravity (IDE and CLI) — captured live, normalised to one model, so a task is comparable across tools.
How is the direction score computed? +
An LLM judge segments a session into the distinct tasks pursued and scores each on goal clarity, decomposition, redundancy/correction, and token & time efficiency — citing the turns it used. When the signal is thin it abstains instead of guessing.
Does my data leave my machine? +
On the free tier, no. Symbion is local-first: the daemon writes to a database on your machine and the dashboard is served at localhost. Cloud tiers sync a defined slice, and what's included is documented.
Do you store my prompts? +
Locally, yes — verbatim, because coaching your prompts is the product. You can see exactly what was recorded for any session, and remove it whenever you like.
Does it work offline? +
Yes. Capture and the local dashboard need no network. The judge needs whichever model you've pointed it at.
Who can see my data? +
On the free tier, only you — your data stays on your machine. Work owned by an organisation is visible to that organisation, as you'd expect. And you get the value as an individual before any organisation sees anything.
Request early access.
Symbion is rolling out to early users now. Ask for access and we'll get you set up — it's free for individuals, and you elevate from there when you're ready.
